Paine’s Garage, Inc., located at 2206 Brewer Rd in Waterloo, will be discontinuing the sale and service of outdoor power equipment as of December 21, 2019.

Paine’s Garage was founded in 1935 by Willard Paine as an automobile repair and welding shop.  In 1969 his son Don took the reins.  Don branched out into snowmobiles and lawn & garden equipment.  Over the years he sold and serviced Polaris, Sno-Jet, Kawasaki, Bolens, Gravely, and Simplicity equipment.  His son Bob took over the lawn & garden shop in 1992.  Bob worked with Husqvarna, Toro, and Stihl to bring quality products to the Finger Lakes area.

Paine’s Garage would like to thank all of their loyal customers for their patronage over the years.  It has been our honor and privilege to serve the community for over 84 years.

Current manager Bob Phillips will be going back to his rental roots as the manager of Finger Lakes Equipment Rental.  They are in negotiations to continue the Stihl sales & service at their 1127 Route 5&20 location.

Current technician Bill Sullivan will be retiring.
